Our team of full-stack developers and data analysts has built **WebPal Cloud Server**, a market-leading cloud-based content and data management solution. We engage in long-term service contracts to host and manage our client’s business data in our three Canadian data centre facilities.

We work with top-shelf technology partners to integrate WebPal into enterprise systems and we do this efficiently, compliant, and with flawless automation.

**Position**

We have a new opening for a Web Hosting Support Agent who is interested in covering end-user support during a steady Monday-Friday day shift schedule. This is a hybrid position; we will provide all the training necessary.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Answer the phone and provide friendly assistance throughout the shift
- Solve client technology issues and communicate with them via a ticketing system
- Monitor alert systems and escalate to technical team if needed
- Diagnose errors for content management systems including, WebPal, WordPress etc.
- Basic Linux Server maintenance tasks such as reboots, upgrades, installations, user account management

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Some experience working in the web hosting industry ideal
- Basic WordPress editing knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Driven to be the best and you have examples to prove it

**Other Assets/Great to Have**:

- Linux Server Management
- Experience with Virtualization and hosting billing systems
