We are looking for a Content Creator to develop and grow our social media presence. Working closely with the creative coordinator and reporting directly to the marketing manager, the content creator will be responsible for planning, setting, and creating high-quality engaging content for our social platforms using your photo/video skills to capture daily organic content, create branded content following a growth strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, publish, and share new social media content (including original text, images, video) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
- Shoot and edit TikTok videos (be the face of the brand and become an ambassador)
- Identify trending effects and sounds on TikTok/Instagram and create/appear in short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, to build brand awareness
- Develop daily quality and highly engaging content that aligns with brand image and follows a social media growth strategy for each platform
- Reach out to and partner with social media creators/influencers to get user generated content
- Ensure content calendar and posting schedules are followed
- Use online tools and social media to maximize brand visibility to develop strong relationships and engagement
- Assist in market research, creative ideation, and account engagement
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social media data, metrics, insights, and best practices to measure the success of every campaign, using that information to refine future campaigns

**Qualifications**
- Ability to Connect to a mature online audience
- Fully bilingual (French & English)
- Great storyteller/communicator, both verbally and written
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build an audience
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Proven track record of creating creative and high performing content
- Knowledge in video and image editing
- Excellent feel for internet virality and eye for aesthetic
- Be comfortable in front of the camera
- Keep current with trends for TikTok & Instagram Reels
- Experience writing creative and engaging copy
- Experience in the fashion industry is an asset
