Casual Driver

**Summary**

The Agri Crew Driver is responsible for ensuring the workers get to and from work safely. Additional driving will be required on an as needed basis.

The Agri Crew Driver will use a company provided vehicle for transportation needs.

**Schedule**

The work schedule for this position averages 10 hours per week.

Weekend and holiday work may be required based on operational requirements.

**Position Accountabilities**
- Pick up the workers from their home in Aylesford and get them to the farm for their scheduled shift on time
- Drive the workers from the farm back to their home in Aylesford after their scheduled shift
- Arrange for at least one trip to the grocery store (and other amenities as required) for weekly shopping requirements
- Notify Farms Supervisor and/or Operations Manager with any company vehicle maintenance or servicing requirements
- Other driving requests as required
- Protect the organization’s value by keeping all protected and proprietary information confidential
- Practice bio security protocol
- Follow all safety processes and procedures
- All other duties as assigned

**Position Requirements**
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Strong commitment to health & safety
- Spanish language preferable
- Pleasant, outgoing personality, and friendly
