**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in budgeting to optimize stock management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

**Skills**
- Strong background in Retail Management with proven experience in leading teams.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Proficient in Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Knowledge of Budgeting practices to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions to enhance retail performance.
- Strong Team Management skills, capable of motivating and developing team members.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
