**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents including wills, power of attorneys, probate, family agreement, contracts, etc.
- Manage case files and maintain an organized filing system for easy access to documents.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure that all information is accurately recorded in the case management system.
- Schedule appointments with clients.
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling clerical tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to ensure timely completion of tasks.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Proficiency in project management to oversee multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely for documentation purposes.
- Experience in clerical duties such as filing and data entry is essential.
- Strong interviewing skills to gather necessary information from clients and witnesses.
- A degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred but not required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
