**Role summary**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Assembling environmental chambers, system infrastructure, and corresponding wiring/cabling
- Building battery cycling units and battery cell holders
- Installing, mounting, fastening, aligning, and adjusting parts, components, and wiring to harnesses and subassemblies
- Demonstrating proficiency in hand soldering
- Following production schedules with the ability to adapt to evolving timelines
- Performing electrical safety and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems
- Following detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure products are built to meet quality standards
- Reworking and/or revising equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
- Mounting equipment, connecting, and dressing cables; packaging and crating customer orders in accordance with shipment schedule
- Performing repairs or modifications to products and circuit boards
- Participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency and quality
- Maintaining a safe and organized work area, including properly storing tools and materials and adhering to ESD preventative measures

**You are/have**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma from university or technical collage
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an electrical/electronic field, production, or manufacturing environment
- Competent with a wide variety of production, soldering, and wiring tools
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001/IPC-A-610 an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Resourceful when it comes to problem-solving
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a changing work scope
- Collaboration with team members and across departments
- Able to prioritize and maintain multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage stress
- Diligent and well organized
