**JJob Description**:
As an Administrative Assistant at Prime Realty Solutions, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and will work closely with our team of real estate professionals. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining and organizing files and records
- Preparing and processing documents, forms, and reports
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials
- Coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Providing support to real estate agents
- Handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Performing general office duties as required
- Using social media platforms for real estate ads, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Post property descriptions highlighting key features, amenities, and unique selling points on social media

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in using social media in a professional setting
- Asset: Familiarity with real estate transactions and documentation is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $21.26 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week

Additional pay:
