Smoke Arsenal is the largest distributor and franchise retailer of cannabis smoking accessories in Quebec. We are currently seeking an **Inside Sales Representative** to join our growing team.

If you're comfortable with **cold calling**, picking up the phone **every day**, and opening new accounts, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for **the perfect fit**—someone who sees beyond just a job and wants to build a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify customer needs and sales opportunities, providing appropriate solutions.
- Stay up to date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor products.
- Build and maintain a database of current and prospective customers.
- Effectively present and demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Follow up on invoices and payments.
- Research and qualify new leads.
- Close sales and exceed targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in outbound sales or a call center environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Strong phone presence and confidence in making cold calls.**

Compensation & Benefits:

- **Base salary: $37,500/year**:

Smoke Arsenal est le plus grand distributeur et détaillant franchisé d’accessoires pour fumeurs de cannabis au Québec. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) **Représentant(e) des ventes internes** pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine expansion.

Nous ne cherchons pas juste un(e) vendeur(se), nous recherchons une personne **ambitieuse, affamée de succès**, qui comprend que la rémunération n’a **aucune limite** autre que celle de sa propre détermination. En tant que petite entreprise, nous avons la flexibilité et la volonté de partager notre succès avec la bonne personne.

Responsabilités principales:

- Communiquer avec les clients par téléphone et par courriel, incluant les appels sortants et les suivis de prospects.
- Identifier les besoins des clients et les opportunités de vente en proposant des solutions adaptées.
- Répondre aux questions des clients potentiels et envoyer des informations complémentaires par courriel.
- Se tenir informé(e) des produits, des tendances du marché et des offres concurrentielles.
- Gérer et mettre à jour une base de données de clients actuels et potentiels.
- Présenter et démontrer les caractéristiques et avantages des produits.
- Assurer le suivi des factures et des paiements.
- Rechercher et qualifier de nouveaux prospects.
- Conclure des ventes et atteindre (ou dépasser) les objectifs fixés.

Qualifications et compétences:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (DES).
- Expérience préalable en vente sortante ou en centre d’appels (un atout).
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
- Grande autonomie et sens de l’organisation.
- **Aisance au téléphone et capacité à faire des appels à froid avec confiance.**

Rémunération et avantages:

- **Salaire de base : 37,500 $/an**:

- **Commission : 2 % sur toutes les ventes**:

Pay: $37,500.00-$100,000.00 per year
