As a barista you will be a coffee artist working as an ambassador of Seed N Salt. You will be responsible for interacting with and providing guests excellent service as you make, pour, brew or craft their perfect beverage. You are proficient working with POS systems and in customer service. You are eager to help out in the café in whatever role needs to be done. You enjoy leading by example and working to make a positive difference for your customers, your co-workers and the company. You are interested and willing to learn how to assemble various menu items so that you are able to help out where needed when needed. This will entail creating smoothies, salads, bowls and relevant team member duties as needed.

You will be a significant team member for our team and will be empowered to make your own decisions that create the best overall experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Making coffee, espresso based drinks and other specialty drinks including smoothies and the preparation of simple cocktails and the service of wine and beer
- A passion for healthy food and restaurant operations
- Team member helping both the Front of House and Back of House as needed
- Handling cash and sales transactions as well as managing the POS
- Positively working with customers - crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
