**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The Brand Ambassador Program is designed to build awareness of Blackshaws through student influencers and socially active individuals who can consistently drive attendance, elevate the brand’s reputation, and act as community liaisons on campus. This is a position that is semester to semester based. Renewal of the position will be considered based on performance. Performance is based on average weekly attendance, reliability, community presence, and contribution to activations.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- High energy, approachable, and charismatic, thrives in social settings and group activities.
- Strong ability to influence and motivate peers to engage with events, campaigns, and promotion
- Previous experience in promotions, event support, hospitality, or student leadership roles is an asset but not required.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Promote Blackshaws within their social network, including on campus
- Drive attendance to Blackshaws on weekends with a minimum activation once per two weeks.
- Represent Blackshaws positively on campus and online.
- Submit guest lists ahead of events and maintain reliable communication with management
- Collaborate on activations, theme nights, and campus initiatives as required
- Ambassadors are not scheduled staff but must commit to at least one night every two weekends to bring guests in
- Suggested benchmark: 50+ guests every two weeks, though performance is evaluated holistically (social reach, consistency, community engagement).

**COMPENSATION**
- The base wage base is $2.00 per guest brought in on weekends
- Ambassadors consistently delivering 50+ guests per weekend may earn up to $5.00 per guest, based on consistency and effectiveness. This higher rate is reserved for ambassadors with sustained performance, not one-off surges.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour
