**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook fried foods and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is cooked safely and efficiently, adhering to food handling and safety guidelines
- Serve food promptly and accurately to customers or servers
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, or portioning ingredients
- Follow proper food safety procedures during meal preparation and service
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing

**Skills**
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques, especially frying methods
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail in food presentation and safety practices

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$25.49 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
