**Job Title**: Security Guard

**Job Location**: Delta, British Columbia

**Job Type**: Full Time, Part Time

**Shifts**: 0700 to 1500, 1500 to 2300, 2300 to 0700

**Full Time**:Monday to Friday

**Part Time**:Weekends

**Pay Rate**: $22.50 - $23.00

**Overview**:
**Requirement**:

- Valid **BC**security guard license.
- Display **exceptional customer service and communication skills**:

- Have **intermediate computer skills** to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Experience with report writing and note-taking.
- Experience in Warehouse environment is an asset
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- First Aid and CPR
- Must be 18+ years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct foot patrols of buildings and surrounding areas.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities and persons.
- Prevent and detect thefts or vandalism.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily logs.
- Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Use radios and cell phones to communicate with team members.
- Follow emergency procedures and respond to alarms.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are upheld.
