We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Recruiter and Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our brokerage and help grow our team of Realtors. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**:

- Identify, attract, and onboard Realtors to expand our growing brokerage.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Conduct tours, meetings, and contract signings with prospective Realtors.

**Mentorship & Leadership**:

- Lead and inspire a team of Realtors to reach sales targets and grow their careers.
- Offer mentorship, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure success.
- Ensure all activities comply with RECO regulations and industry standards.
- Assist Realtors with RECO/TREB issues or potential complaints.

**Operations Management**:

- Foster a positive, collaborative work culture across the brokerage.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to drive career growth.
- Collaborate with department heads, including Marketing and Administration, to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and improve office services and infrastructure (IT, phones, equipment).
- Manage office policies, employee files, timesheets, and inventory control.
- Professionally handle all inquiries, feedback, and concerns from clients or staff.
- Lead new projects and ensure productivity through strategic planning and efficient office management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, with strong decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Deep knowledge of the real estate industry, with experience in sales and team management.
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (required)
- Real Estate: 4 years (required)
- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
