Established in 1999, Empack Spraytech Inc. is a leading aerosol manufacturer, liquid filler, and custom contract packager. Located in Brampton, Empack manufactures products for a wide range of markets including personal care, household goods, automotive, computer care, industrial and outdoors. We offer private label programs and produce a range of products under our house brands that include emzone, zytec Germ Buster, and SunZone.

**Schedule: Monday to Friday**

**Afternoon Shift: 4:30pm to 1:00am**

**What you will do**:

- Operate aerosol and liquid machine line and lead a team to accomplish manufacturing targets.
- Assign work responsibilities to the supporting team
- Perform tool changes and reconfigure the machine to manufacture varying products
- Monitor production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary.
- Set up, adjust, and operate all the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations.
- Identifies need for and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Ensure that all operations adhere to safety protocols.
- Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.
- Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for adjustments or repairs.
- Conduct some preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain a safe and clean workstation.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
- 2 years work experience operating complex machinery
- Mechanically inclined and posses the ability to use various hand tools for tool changes.
- Experience leading and coordinating a team to accomplish the assembly targets
- Ability to work in a demanding environment while adhering to Company policies and guidelines
- Accuracy with a high attention-to-detail.
- Must be able to lift and/or pull up to 40lbs
