**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Respond to counter service
- Maintain and execute the work schedule of Field Service Technicians
- Generate customer work orders and communicate with field service technicians/operations to ensure all service requirements are met
- Assist technicians with customer inquiries and service inspections
- Quotation and invoicing of orders and service works
- Produce fire inspection reports and certificates
- Maintain up-to-date customer information, product information and other related information in the ERP
- Process billing
- Ensure high levels of internal and external customer service through prompt response to inquiries and requests
- **Strong Focus** to Assist Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions with tasks such as:

- Complete new account request forms for vendors
- Complete new supplier forms for our customers
- Provide banking information to the customer for payments
- Enter new customers into syspro
- Accept payment by credit card and validate the payment
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results, as required
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and colleagues

- Répondre aux service comptoir
- Maintenir et exécuter le calendrier de travail des techniciens des services sur le terrain
- Produire les bons de travail des clients et communiquer avec les techniciens/opérations de service sur le terrain pour s'assurer que toutes les exigences de service sont remplies
- Aider les techniciens à répondre aux demandes des clients et aux inspections de service
- S'occuper de la cotation et facturation des commandes et travaux de service
- Produire des rapports et des certificats d'inspection incendie
- Maintenir l'information client, l'information produit et d'autres informations connexes à jour dans l'ERP
- Traiter la facturation
- Assurer des niveaux élevés de service à la clientèle interne et externe grâce à une réponse rapide aux demandes de renseignements et autres demandes diverses
- **Forte concentration** à assister les fonctions des comptes débiteurs et créditeurs avec des tâches telles que:

- Remplir les formulaires de demande de nouveau compte pour les fournisseurs
