As a **Lift Operator**, you'll play a critical role in providing safe and efficient lift operations, contributing directly to our members' enjoyment. **How You’ll Contribute to the Team**:

- **Liaise** with Lift Operators and Mechanics to ensure safe, efficient lift operations.
- **Apply** best practices to optimize lift performance and reduce wait times.
- **Provide** exceptional service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate lifts safely, ensuring all protocols are followed and no unsafe conditions exist.
- Safely load and unload guests in a high-paced environment.
- Shovel and maintain lift lines, loading, and unloading areas for easy access.
- Utilize effective radio communication for smooth lift operations and quick responses.
- Follow safety protocols procedures.
- Deliver an outstanding experience by answering questions and providing helpful information about the club.

**Qualifications**:

- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for weekends, shifts, holidays, and overtime.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
