Due to our growth, we have an immediate need to add a customer service to our dynamic and driven work team. This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Duties and responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers and account managers
- Bilingual English/French is a must
- Provide pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines
- Suggest additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs
- Enter orders in SAP Business One
- Correspond with warehouse staff to arrange shipments
- Follow up internally regarding back orders to ensure timely delivery of products
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Maintain office supplies and perform other administrative tasks
- Communicate and resolve issues with internal departments as needed
- Can prioritize their workload to finish on a tight schedule.
- Effectively track work in progress.
- Detail oriented, can read and understand work orders and follow procedures.
- A self-starter capable of independent work but also work well in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
- Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
- Display professionalism and pleasant phone demeanor
- Exceptional communication skills with high sense of urgency
- Highly attentive to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and analyze detailed invoices and spreadsheets
- Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of an organization
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook

Education

High school diploma/GED required.
