The Job:
The Front of House Manager works with General Manaager and Sommeliers to set, meet and exceed the goals of the business. The Front of House

Manager effectively balances all areas of the restaurant operations and successfully maintains a unique and exciting wine, spirit & beverage program.

Key Responsibilities:
Increase productivity and foster positive inter-departmental communications regarding alll things front of house

Continually enhance, refine and update our wine programming to maintain our standing as an industry leader

Strengthen the beverage and service knowledge of our team

Continuously build a high-performance wine shop and tapas bar

Ensure rigorous knowledge of and adherence to all policies and procedures

Wine shop purchasing and procurement

Skills & Requirments:
3 + years of working in professional restaurants and bars

Serving experience

advanced wine & spirit knowledge

strong organizational skills

knowledge of systems and processes in restaurant management

Ability to help lead and empower a team

English fluency preferred

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
