CET is looking to take its Service Department to the next level with a high-performing, self-motivated Field Service Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team of 2 field service technicians and 1 coordinator, but most of your time will go to business development to help grow the business. Your focus on growth will lead to achieving our objective of adding 2 additional field service technicians to the team by end of year. You will be responsible for developing a sales strategy, sourcing and signing up new accounts, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and ultimately growing your team. You have a business ownership mindset with a strong desire to build something significant. This role will require you to wear many hats; business development, sales, people leadership, customer service, and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Grow Field Service sales and profitability
- Prospect, engage, and sign recurring service customers
- Establish channel partnerships to drive indirect business through intermediaries
- Manage and motivate the service coordinator and technicians
- Navigate the more complex customer issues and escalations
- Ensure the Field Service team delivers exceptional service to customers
- Report on business unit performance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- 3+ years in Field Service sales
- 3+ years managing people
- HVAC or Controls related technical background/experience

BONUS EXPERIENCE:

- Knowledge of Gas Detection systems
