**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities of a Dental Floater**
- **Clinical Assistance**:

- Assisting dentists and hygienists as needed ( passing instruments, suctioning, etc.).
- Preparing and disinfecting operatories between patients.
- Sterilizing and organizing dental instruments.
- **Sterilization & Infection Control**:

- Managing the sterilization area and ensuring proper infection-control protocols.
- Monitoring inventory of disposable supplies (gloves, masks, bibs, etc.).
- Restocking operatories throughout the day.
- **Patient Care**:

- Escorting patients to and from treatment rooms.
- **Administrative Support (if needed)**:

- Answering phones and scheduling appointments during busy times.
- Coordinating lab case pickups and deliveries.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
