**About the Role**
As the Channel Marketing Specialist, you will be joining the marketing team, and you will be directly engaged with the support and activation of the Kyocera field and channel marketing programs. Your energy, creativity, and insightfulness will stimulate growth across Kyocera’s thriving dealer community.
Activating the Kyocera voice and providing critical, insightful, real-time information to our dealer community is just the beginning of the journey. By gathering, interpreting, and analyzing the Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Field (VOF) data, you will provide vital insight into the development of the Kyocera programs and influencing the product & solutions development cycles. This person should be a technically strong communicator through both written and spoken mediums. You will be managing our dealer partner programs and lead the development of new programs that will drive organizational business results based on business strategic direction. **Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Overall management of dealer partner program - including Market Development Fund (MDF), SPIFF program, Service Technicians program. Development of new programs that will drive organizational business results based on business strategic direction.
- Provides monthly reporting indicating usage of our MDF program, SPIFF program, and other promotional programs required for our dealer channel and direct subsidiary business for management and stakeholders.
- As part of the marketing team, work cross-functionally between the Channel and Field team, and the Communications and Brand team to support video and content development.
- Support the Channel team with events including pre and post event communications, content development, and overall event organization.
- Partner with Channel Sales Managers to proactively gather, and measure voice of customer (VOC) from our dealer community. Leverage this information to influence the development of our programs.
- Gather feedback from Direct Branch locations, understanding product and solutions fit, customer feedback on feature benefits, and on-going feedback loop between field, and product management.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships across other departments, management team vendors and agencies.
- Comfortable developing and presenting presentations to both internal stakeholders and dealer community.
**Qualifications**
**Required**:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent people skills that will support the ability to cross-functionally collaborate, innovate, coordinate, and influence across the organization, and third parties.
- A self-starter, with the ability to receive instructions, and activate projects with mínimal guidance.
- Ability to research a project or topic, and then bring that element to life through written communication.
- Strong time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to be creative, analytical and think outside the box to solve problems.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with agency vendors, channel management organizations and/or channel marketing experience.
**Preferred**:
- Developed written and oral communication skills.
