Bookkeeper

TITLE: Bookkeeper

REPORTS TO: Executives

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Payables

Weekly

Ø Verify supplier Invoice - ensure prices are correct

Ø Enter account payables invoices - prepare file for payment

Ø Prepare weekly totals for controller

Monthly

Ø Obtain online invoices for certain suppliers and enter accounts payable

Ø Match receipts with Visa and Gas invoice and enter accounts payable

Maintenance

Ø Set-up and maintain new suppliers

Ø Data entry of all recurring payments

Ø Answer supplier inquiries
- Deposits

Ø Verify if deposit slips balance with POS back office

Ø Print weekly income reports from POS back office

Ø Verifying Moneris receivables
- Payroll

Ø Prepare payroll file for each company

Ø Prepare DAS reports

Ø Prepare documents for Support payments

Ø ROEs
- Human Resource

Ø Set-up and maintain new employee files

Ø Set-up and maintain employee’s group insurance

Ø Maintain an employee vacation schedule

Ø Prepare weekly time sheets and timecards for each store
- Other tasks at hand

Ø Preparing TPS/TVQ reports

Ø Assisting controller in any other necessary task.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
