**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

Hiring and training of new crew members Ø

Thoroughly communicating and adhering to all practises, standards and policies.

Ø Weekly staff scheduling Ø Inventory counts and ordering from approved vendors

Ø Receiving shipments that are delivered to the store as needed

Ø Working to make sure that a high standard of customer service is constantly and consistently being maintained

Ø Ensuring Food Service standards are met by maintaining a hygienic and clean work environment

Ø Used to handling crowds during busy hours of operation. Multi-tasking between different tasks for a smooth workflow for customers

Ø Quality control of all foods, drinks, prep work, etc. to ensure that D spot standards are met

Ø Responsible for checking to ensure that any products that are expired are disposed of

Ø In the event of an absence, filling in, by being a productive team member if required

Ø Working as a team leader with fellow staff members to ensure all food items are delivered at the appropriate time and temperature

Ø Adhering to uniform standards, keeping a neat and professional appearance and consistency.

Ø Staying updated on current menu changes and monthly features, etc.

Ø Work to ensure that daily cleanliness of the café is being maintained up to standards

Ø Conflict resolution with unhappy customers or staff altercations if required

Ø Delegating duties to staff members to ensure daily responsibilities are being carried out and completed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
