The lowdown:
We are currently searching for a **Lead Product Manager **to join our team Our Lead PM will be the voice of the user, our clients, and the Financial Services industry in the product development team of UX Designers, Architects, Developers, and DevOps engineers. They will be accountable for understanding and articulating “why” and “what” the team is working on in alignment with the overall product vision & strategy.

A Typical Workday:

- Contribute to the definition and prioritization of the product roadmap that will define the direction of the company for years to come
- Be the expert on what the users need and why, and be up-to-speed on where the industry and competitors are going
- Lead the analysis of various sources of data, and turn them into actionable insights for the team
- Act as a Scrum Product Owner and work with the team to groom the product backlog & provide any level of details about what to build based on input from stakeholders
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure the product is successfully implemented and widely adopted

Are you what we're looking for?
- Experience launching AI SaaS products
- Sound knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly Wealth Management
- Proven ability to build relationships, trust, and alignment among cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner
- A unique blend of industry knowledge, innovative thinking, a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.
- The focus and passion to develop an understanding of market problems, find innovative solutions for the broader market and identify how emerging technologies can help.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Working knowledge of user experience, usability, and accessibility considerations in product
- Experience conducting user interviews and dissecting the findings into actions
- Ability to make timely decisions based on limited information (and mitigating risks accordingly), while still keeping stakeholders engaged
