**Job Title**: Driver & Assistant Balloon Stylist

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver & Assistant Balloon Stylist to join our balloon decor team. This role involves assisting with the transportation, setup, and takedown of balloon decor installations for corporate and personal events. As part of the team, you will work under the guidance of our lead balloon stylist to create stunning environments for our treasured clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the company truck to event locations throughout the GTA from our Vaughan studio
- Assist with setup and return for takedown of balloon decor at events
- Handle and transport balloons and decor equipment safely
- Work closely with the lead stylist to ensure design execution aligns with event requirements
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the on-site experience

**Requirements**:

- Valid G-level driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work mostly weekends, with some weekday shifts and late nights
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with excellence
- Strong problem-solving skills, adapt to challenges quickly and effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- No prior balloon decor experience needed; on-the-job training will be provided

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences

**Schedule**:

- 5 hour/week on average, with room for growth
- Primarily weekends with occasional weekday and early-morning/late-night hours
