**Duties**:
‐performing basic administration tasks including answering the phone, photocopying, mailing, filing, etc.
‐preparing correspondences, reports, presentations and managing the executive calendar.
‐schedule & attend CVC management meetings and CVC Clinic location staff meetings, ensuring agendas and meeting minutes are posted on the appropriate channels.
‐Transport equipment between locations and deliver supplies to all locations in a timely manner.
‐Assist with management of the online e-commerce store.
‐troubleshooting computer and optometric equipment problems as required by the Operations Manager
‐Manage and assist with online booking platform for all locations
‐Ability to fill in at locations on a as needed basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
