We are currently looking to fill a permanent, full-time position**for a Warehouse Supervisor for our Farms Production Department at our Leamington, ON location.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for organizing the safe and efficient workflow process of staff and warehouse operations. This includes distribution, logistics, transportation and management. They ensure food safety, proper packaging, quality, shipping, labour and training requirements are met. They also ensure the Warehouse Team’s success by training and coaching their team on how to improve their productivity, quality and overall performance.

**Job Specific Duties**
- Provides coaching, hands-on training and follow-up to new hires; however, training, development and coaching occurs regularly throughout the department.
- Planning, delegating, motivating, and leading the team daily to improve performance, while ensuring work is done efficiently, correctly, and up to quality standards.
- Collaborating with the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure proper allocation of staff and work.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless continuity between production, sales, greenhouse, and other departments as needed.
- Communicate and address variances, quality issues and concerns with relevant departments to help identify the causes and implement sustainable corrective action.
- Ensuring production lines are organized, prepared, cleaned, and maintained to Health and Safety standards and ensuring only quality products are packaged.
- Support the Warehouse Manager to ensure operations remain within budget for labor and throughout; monitor and measure performance to minimize downtime, reduce costs i.e. reducing hours and improve quality and efficiencies
- Monitor the working environment to ensure compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices, Health and Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, and all company policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and reporting maintenance needs to the Maintenance Department or performing minor repairs as needed.
- Maintaining and completing pre-operational and post cleaning procedure checklists for production lines.
- Approve/deny employee time off and timecards within deadlines required to ensure smooth completion of payroll.
- Responsible for reviewing employee labor tracking system (Priva) as well as re-training employees if necessary.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all proprietary information, Company data, and personnel information.
- Complete required documentation, records and checklists; submit to appropriate management personnel.
- Must ensure and comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Supervisor experience is an asset but not a requirement.
- Excellent oral communication skills are essential. English is required.
- Must be committed to continuous learning with a demonstrated ability to motivate, encourage and lead teams.
- Must have a strong commitment to quality and providing good customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and problem-solving to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Must maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Good teamwork and management skills; able to work well with employees and collaborate with all departments and outside vendors.
- Must possess a sense of urgency to work in a time sensitive, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to embrace and adapt to the rapid growth, innovation, and development of the company.
- Spanish is an asset.

**Working Conditions**
- The warehouses may be hot, cold, or humid, at any time during the production season.
- Working with a wide array of people and cultures in a team setting.
- Available to work Monday through Saturday; flexibility is required to meet the changes in production levels. Hours will fluctuate according to the ongoing needs of the business

**Physical Requirements**
- This position is very active. Most of the day would consist of walking/standing.
