Operator - Afternoon and Night

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO:
- Operate a production line for plating or hot dip galvanizing of metal parts;
- Operate the lines and peripheral equipment;
- Perform material checks according to specifications;
- Drive a forklift.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Enjoy physical work;
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (chemical plant) (preferable);
- Experience in forklift driving (asset);
- Good knowledge of oral and written French;
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
OUR BENEFITS

- Salary of $21.64/hour. This hourly rate will increase to $24.79 after 1 year, $26.64 after 2 years and $28.04 after 3 years;
- Evening premium of $0.60 per hour;
- Night premium of $1.00 per hour

- Complete group insurance coverage (medical, dental, life, disability, etc.) paid at 80% by the employer;
- Pension plan with employer contribution of up to 6%;
- Participation in the productivity bonus program of up to 4% of eligible salary;
- Overtime offered on a regular basis and can be banked for time off.
- 12 days off per year;
- Referral bonus of $1000 up to $2000 during the year.
- Training relevant to the position offered internally for a period of 6 to 8 weeks (given during the day);
SCHEDULE
- Evening shift : Monday to Thursday 4pm to 2am - 4 X 10 hour schedule;
- Night shift : Sunday 11PM to friday morning 7AM.
