**POSITION TITLE**:SHOTCRETE NOZZLEMAN

**REPORTS TO**:Shotcrete Crew Foreman

**JOB OVERVIEW**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensuring that all surfaces shot are clean, secure, free of loose materials, and that the anchors, reinforcing, and piano wires are all properly spaced
- Ensuring that the air pressure is uniform and will provide high velocity of impact for high quality compaction and sees that rebound and loose debris are removed
- Performing general maintenance of tools, reporting defects
- Performing setup and cleanup tasks at the job site
- Providing general labour support to the Crew as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- ACI Nozzleman Certificate (considered an asset)
- G Class Driver’s License (preferred)
- Experience in Concrete and Construction
- Must be able to work long hours outside in all weather conditions, including seasonally hot or cold temperatures and inclement weather
- Active listening and respectful attitude
- Strong work ethic, must be reliable and punctual
- Able to work individually as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift, carry, or shovel objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to perform physical labor requiring continual and repetitive use of large motor skills to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, crawl, crouch, shovel, push, pull, twist, turn, stretch, and reach
