The ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers and team members alike, is a requirement. It is most important that our Parts Associate's maintain a high Customer Satisfaction rating with our customers and manufacture.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in retail sales by guiding customers through product selections and transactions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized workspace, including inventory management and merchandising displays.
- Utilize DMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking inventory and maintenance needs.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone.
- Negotiate terms of sales when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dealership or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Experience in customer service roles is highly valued, showcasing the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers.
- Familiarity with DMS or similar systems is beneficial for effective inventory management.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow within the dealership.
