As we expand, we’re looking for a **Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to join our new office in Toronto and play a crucial role in shaping the future of both TRIZAN and the businesses we help co-found.

**Position Overview**:
As the **Co-Founder & CTO** at TRIZAN, you’ll have the opportunity to not only lead the technical direction of TRIZAN but also collaborate with passionate entrepreneurs to launch their own startups. You'll provide the technology expertise to help bring their ideas to life, and in turn, you’ll gain equity in the businesses you help co-found with us—not in TRIZAN itself.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and entrepreneurship, but who may not have years of experience in the field. We're looking for someone who is excited to learn, grow, and take on the challenge of helping others turn their visions into thriving businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Technology Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to shape the technology vision for TRIZAN and the startups we help launch.
- Ensure the technical development of new ventures aligns with the overall business strategy, helping entrepreneurs create scalable, sustainable solutions.
- **Product Development & Execution**:

- Oversee the development of tech products, from ideation through to launch.
- Work hands-on with startup founders to develop their technology solutions, ensuring they meet market demands and business objectives.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Build and lead a small tech team to assist in developing the products and services of the startups we co-found.
- Mentor and guide team members while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- **Tech Infrastructure & Systems**:

- Design and manage the technical infrastructure for new startups, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Help streamline operations and integrate best practices in software development and project management.
- **Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support**:

- Work closely with TRIZAN’s business development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure technology is integrated seamlessly into every stage of the entrepreneurial process.
- Assist startup founders with technical challenges and provide advice on everything from product design to technical specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- **High School Completion** required.
- A strong passion for technology and entrepreneurship is more important than formal qualifications.
- **Experience**:

- **No formal experience required.** We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with TRIZAN and the startups we help launch.
- Basic understanding of programming languages or software development concepts (such as Python, JavaScript, HTML) is a plus but not required. We’ll provide training to help you build your skills.
- **Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Comfortable with learning new tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
