Diversco Supply Inc. is a national wholesale equipment distributor in the propane and natural gas industry. We have an outstanding reputation for customer service, based on over 30 years of client relationships. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our customers. You will be responsible for seeing orders through from beginning to end. As an integral part of the sales and customer service team, you will work hand in hand with external sales people to ensure customers are satisfied.

**Responsibilities**:

- Entering orders into the computer system
- Providing quotes, pricing and additional information to clients and outside sales team
- Proactively seeking additional sales opportunities/orders
- Initiating outgoing sales calls and promote sales programs
- Follow up with outstanding orders and back-orders
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Customer service experience (dealing with industrial products is considered an asset)
- 2 years experience in an order entry/order desk role
- Strong motivation and experience in building and maintaining customer relations
- B2B customer service and sales experience
- Proven time management and organization skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
