RESET Learning Program supports learners in self-awareness, learning habits and lifelong learning through understanding, practice and habit-forming implementation. The program facilitates understanding neuroplasticity and how the brain learns through a structured research-based model.

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

To meet the needs associated with our growth, we are seeking part-time Facilitators to guide learners and deliver the RESET Learning Programs at our West Broadway location: 2509 West Broadway, Vancouver.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for delivering the core RESET Learning Program
- Provide timely guidance and support to Learners; encourage and guide Learners through the RESET journey to achieve their learning goals
- Responsible for preparing Learner Progress Reports and updates
- Build relationships and trust with the local community and provide timely feedback to parents to engage all stakeholders in supporting learners to build a life-long habit of learning

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**
- Completion of 2-3 years of post-secondary education in **Education, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Neuroscience**, or a related field; **training in Behaviour Intervention is an asset**:

- Experience in **teaching, tutoring**, or **educational facilitation** across various age groups
- Familiarity with the **BC curriculum** and **French Immersion** programs is highly preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and engaging presentation style
- Naturally **curious, compassionate, observant, and accountable**:

- Passionate about supporting learners and promoting lifelong learning

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
