Together, we'll make travel better. **Position Description**: - The Assistant HR Manager and lead HR Coordinators to support HR Manager in overseeing full spectrum of Human Resources functions for the Regional HR, Canada including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee retention and employee engagement with the focus on ADP payroll and Employee Group Benefits system - Assist Human Resources Department and lead HR Coordinators to develop and execute HR strategies to enhance the overall Human Resources effectiveness and efficiency - Ensure smooth payroll administration and other information e.g. time & attendance, leave and OT records are well recorded, also monitor and maintain Employee Group Benefits system - Establishes and maintains departmental records and reports. - Enhances employee productivity and commitment to goals. - Proactively lead HR Coordinators to support and assist the delivery of all HR and Change Management strategies, initiatives and processes for all Canadian operations - Builds a strong business relationship with leadership team and serves as a key adviser enabling strong management and leadership across the business. - Make field visits in order to build relationships with managers and non-management employees in the businesses that they support - Assist HR Manager, by identifying gaps, implement plans necessary to cover risks and drive performance - Provokes positive change in people management and designs and supports and maintain the vitality of the business unit. - Understand organizational structure, approach and propose impactful change - Serves as a role model for the organization's Culture drivers; plans wisely; breaks down the walls; thinks critically, speaks up and delivers with pride; inspires through trust and leads by example - Responsible for company benefit administration and ensure recordkeeping of benefit offered by the company - Plan and execute talent sourcing activities for experienced hiring or internship program - Help to handle grievances and conflicts between employee and implement disciplinary procedures accordingly - Responsible for the overall management of the ADP system and Group Benefits system including data management, documentation and compilation of data for analyses - Coordinate the onboarding and orientation for newly hired staff - Evaluate the necessary staffing procedures and documents - Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned **Position Requirements**: - Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines - CHRP designation obtained - Proficient in ADP Payroll processes, ADP Payroll experience and Group Benefits experience are required - Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience gained from a sizable organization and fast paced environment - Hands-on HR generalist experience in the hospitality or travel industry preferably - Experience in assisting with setting up HR and or enforcing policies and processes is a definit
