***to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Accounts Payable Analyst (Airline) you will responsible for the reconciliation and fillings of passenger taxes in accordance with the Airlines obligations as well as the processing of invoices and payments.

**What You’ll Do**:

- _ Reconciliation and filing of passenger taxes_
- _ Maintain and update tax rates, contacts and due dates as required_
- _ Work with the operations team to continuously improve / develop processes_
- _ Prepare required fillings and make any payments in relation to passenger taxes_
- _ Assist with reconciliation of passenger taxes_
- _ Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment_
- _ Review, enter and post invoices in Great Plains and process payments (EFT, Cheque, Wire)_
- _ Communicate with Vendors/Customers and reconcile discrepancies_
- _ Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with policy and accepted accounting practices_
- _ Record all cheques, EFTs, credit card payments and wire transfers. Prepare for mailing and maintain filing of accounts payable._

**What You’ll Need**:

- _ 1 - 3 _years’_ of related experience_
- _ Intermediate/_Advanced _e_xcel_ skills_
- _ Well-organized, detail-_oriented_ and consistently accurate_
- _ Able to work independently, _effectively_ and constructively under pressure_
- _ Excellent communication skills_
- _ Achievement oriented; must be able to juggle multiple tasks, tight deadlines and changing priorities_
- _ Ability to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with change_
- _ Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment_
- _ Effective team player_
- _ Experience working for an airline would be considered a strong asset_
