**_Catholic Social Services is currently recruiting for casual Community Disability Workers in Innisfail._**

**Job Summary**:
As a Community Disability Worker, you will provide high quality supports to adults with developmental disabilities who live in a residential setting.

Please note, as our programs operate 24 hours per day, shift work is required and will include weekends.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Minimum grade 12 education (or equivalent)
- A Diploma/Degree in Disability Services, Human Services, or equivalent is considered an asset
- Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, behavior, and mental health
- Vulnerable Sector Record Check
- Child Intervention Record Check
- Clear and current driver's abstract
- A vehicle and valid Class 5 driver's license - requirement to transport clients in your personal vehicle
- Proof of vehicle insurance showing $2 million liability coverage
- Proof of Vehicle Registration for insured vehicle

- The compensation for this position is **$19.30 to $20.48** per hour based on qualifications and experience.
