**About The Role**: We are currently looking for a full-time Procurement Manager to support the Zeno Canada office. The Procurement Manager is responsible for a variety of tasks including vendor management for Zeno Canada’s key accounts, timely processing and payment of vendor invoices, maintaining different office trackers and other ad hoc projects. Prior experience in administrative, clerical, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable roles in an agency or professional services setting would be a good foundation for this diverse role. **Responsibilities**: - Oversee budget and vendor management for Zeno Canada's key accounts. - Serve as Accounts Payable process knowledge expert and training resource for office staff. - Liaise with the Account Payable team to ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices. - Manage a range of different trackers, including a budget tracker for key accounts, paid media invoices tracker, creator history tracker, project budget estimator, vacation tracker, capacity monthly planner, creative team monthly pays, freelancer invoices, and translation invoices. Ensure these trackers remain effective, user-friendly, and up-to-date. - Oversee the setup and maintenance of vendor partners in our vendor management system (VMS). - Manage vendor relations and payment for Paid Media accounts. - Consistently maintain the organization chart and project job updates so they are available for the team to reference. - On a monthly basis, track projects based on the Statement of Work and new business opportunities to ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet project demands. - Provide training for our new hires on how to use VMS and how to effectively utilize all office trackers. **Qualifications**: - Ability to adapt to changes in priorities. - Ability to build relationships based on trust and respect. - Approachable demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure. - Fast learner, able to understand systems and processes quickly. - General knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. - Proficiency in Office 365 including Microsoft Excel and an aptitude for financial & client reporting systems. - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and high level of accuracy. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Unwavering integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential information. - Well organized, a team player and proficient in handling diverse tasks. - Strong organizational skills: maintaining files, contracts, invoices, statements of work, tracking documents and other relevant documentation.
