**Responsibilities**:
**Finance Leadership**:

- Spearhead financial management, pushing the boundaries of traditional accounting with innovative ideas.
- Analyze financial data with a strategic eye, uncovering trends that will take SWSE to the next level.
- Prepare engaging financial reports that captivate and inform our executive team and stakeholders.

**Accounting**:

- Be the guardian of SWSE’s financial integrity, ensuring accuracy and transparency in every transaction.
- Confidently manage complex intercompany accounts, effortlessly balancing related-party accounts.
- Masterfully analyze and reconcile payroll accounts, ensuring no detail goes unchecked.

**Strategy & Decision-Making**:

- Actively shape our financial future, collaborating with executives on strategic planning.
- Be a proactive analyst, identifying risks, opportunities for cost-saving, and bold new initiatives.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to management, providing financial insights that empower smart decision-making.
- Lead compliance efforts and work closely with external auditors to meet reporting requirements.

- Inspire and mentor a dedicated team of accounting and admin professionals, fostering a culture of achievement.
- Champion teamwork and growth, creating an environment where every team member feels valued and driven.
- Share your financial expertise, transforming the team into an elite force of accounting excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field, with a CPA or MBA highlighting your commitment to excellence.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, primed for this leadership role.
- Excel master with advanced skills and proficiency in accounting software.
- Exceptional communicator who can translate financial insights across the organization.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and thriving under high-pressure situations.
- Collaborative leader, ready to engage with cross-functional teams for ambitious results.
- Valid criminal record check through the National Canadian Policy Information Centre (CPIC) confirming your integrity.
