Are you committed to protecting your community? Blackbird Security is seeking to hire Security Guards - Concierge in **Port Coquitlam, BC** for residential sites.

**What you will do**
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, clients and patrons at the site.
- Ensure duties such as access control, parcel sorting, amenities booking are completed accurately.
- Escort trespassers away from client premises
- Patrol designed areas and respond to emergencies as fire alarms,etc. by adhering to company/ client policies.
- Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
- Document complete incident reports for security purposes
- Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required
- A Valid Security License
- Condominium/ Residential Security experience
- Customer service experience
- Superior communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Must be willing and comfortable to stand and patrol for the duration of the shift

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
