All-West Glass is a well-established, family-oriented company with over 50 years of dedicated service to Northern communities. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Glazing Business Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a leading full-service glass business in Grande Prairie.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Educational Background and Experience**: Sales training and/or business management education or experience is advantageous.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Proficiency in the glazing business, including expertise in automotive glass, residential windows & doors, and commercial glazing systems.
- **Quoting Skills**: Ability to accurately measure and prepare detailed quotes.
- **Customer Service**: Uphold high standards in maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction.
- **Operational Management**: Efficiently oversee staff scheduling, payables, payroll, and enforce industry safety standards.
- **Willingness to Relocate**: Must be open to relocating to the Edmonton, Alberta area.

**Application Process**:
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
