**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service with a strong understanding of best practices.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
- Experience in project management is advantageous.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and resolve conflicts amicably.
- A passion for leading teams and driving results through motivation and support.
- Must be adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
