As a full line distributor of pet food and accessories, we deliver to a network of over 800 independent Retail Pet Food Stores throughout central and south-western Ontario, northern and eastern Ontario and in the Maritime Provinces. We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Representative for a 12-14 month contract.**

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing product information and building and maintaining relationships with customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues, entering and reviewing orders, invoicing, monitoring inventories and providing administrative support. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for adhering to Leis Pet’s core value of “Customer first” through the day-to-day interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- invoice them when they are ready for shipment
- Arrange pick-ups with outside carriers
- Provide back-up support for other members of the Customer Service team
- Invoice orders for customer pick-ups
- Maintain daily contact with customers to provide support on product lines, orders or catalogue ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Adhere to all company policies and business code of ethics
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum high school education
- 1 - 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a distribution environment
- Superior data entry skills
- Experience working on an ERP system
- Above average communication skills, both oral and written
- A demonstrated high degree of professionalism and diplomacy when dealing with customers
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong team player

Location: 1315 Hutchison Road, Wellesley, ON

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (required)
