As our business is constantly growing, we are currently looking for an **Accounts Payable/ Receivable Clerk** as an addition to our team.

We are looking for an AP Clerk who is able to process high-volume of invoices and has excellent attention to detail, diligent, and passion with numbers

**Role of an AP/AR Clerk**:
The AP Clerk is a crucial position for our team to maintain our relationship with our vendors by processing payments to them in a timely manner. The AP/AR Clerk is also responsible to reconcile entries and verifies the statements to ensure that the money going out is appropriate. They are also for the receivables of our many customers/clientele.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Data entry and transfer payables to Quickbooks.
- Responsible for receiving and answering all calls related to AP issues.
- Checking for accuracy, supporting documents and approval of all A/P entries.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions along with communicates with vendors/shops for any credits, discrepancies, errors, and questions.
- Complete bi-weekly cheque/CC runs.
- Handle general office duties such as scanning, faxing, and filing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Weekly Cheque Runs
- Schedule Credit Card Payments

**Requirements**:

- Degree/diploma in Accounting or Business Administration.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Quickbooks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships both internally and externally.
- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk is considered as a valuable asset.
- Experience in Accounts Receivables is considered a valuable asset.
