**Requirements**:

- Interpersonal skills with customers and teammates are key.
- Being able to grow the business through events, merchandising, doing stock, and reaching daily sales targets is the goal.
- Excellent customer service is nonnegotiable and the key to success with this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explaining how the products work.
- Responding to customer questions and complaints.
- Planning and taking part in-store events.
