**Sales Consultant (Commission Only)**
We are a Recruiting Firm currently seeking applicants for our client who needs to fill their sales roles for windows, doors, sunrooms, and bath remodel product lines.
**Overview**:
**This role is for Sales Professionals with relevant In-Home Sales Experience.**
**Commission-Only Opportunity** We are seeking new ambitious sales professionals to join our dynamic team. If you are eager to break into the sales field or looking for a career change, this role is perfect for you. As a Sales Consultant, you will attend scheduled appointments with new and existing customers, driving sales through expert advice and exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Collaborate with customers to close sales and build customized solutions.
- Support marketing efforts to promote our products and services.
- Engage with diverse clientele, with multilingual proficiency being a plus.
- Participate in inside sales activities to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain high organizational standards throughout the sales process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in commission-only sales or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques is preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer preferences and needs.

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
