this is a very important position to oversea the accounting department and mange the accounting for all the different divisions in USA.

Job Summary

Duties
- Oversee and manage all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, and cost management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Manage and lead a team of financial professionals, including accountants, financial analysts, and clerks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, including business development, to identify areas of improvement and optimize financial performance.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans.
- Identify opportunities for investment and contribute to the development of business development strategies.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate finance.
- Ensure the organization's financial information is accurate and complete, and that it is presented in a clear and transparent manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a corporate finance setting.
- Strong knowledge of financial services and regulations.
- Experience with budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in business development and investment analysis.
- Experience with corporate finance and financial planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.

Pay: $125,000.00-$165,000.00 per year
