**The Opportunity**
We are looking for **highly motivated Industrial Rescuers** to join our growing team. This is not your average job, it’s an opportunity to train, learn, and work in diverse and exciting settings. Industrial rescue spans confined spaces, high-angle environments, water, and more, making every project unique.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide standby rescue coverage in industrial and specialized environments
- Assist with hazard assessments, rescue planning, and safety meetings
- Operate and maintain rescue equipment (SCBA, SRLs, tripods, stretchers, etc.)
- Execute rescues safely and effectively when called upon
- Support and participate in ongoing training programs
- Represent Sling-Choker Academy with professionalism and a safety-first mindset

**Qualifications**
- Willingness to train in Confined Space Rescue or Attendant (required)
- Current certification in Confined Space Attendant and/or Rescue is an asset
- Training/experience in high-angle or rope rescue is considered an asset
- Valid Working at Heights certification is an asset
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm, confident, and decisive in emergencies
- Willingness to learn and grow across multiple rescue disciplines
- Willingness to travel is helpful, but not required

Pay: $18.00-$45.00 per hour
