Generator Service Technician

This position is responsible for answering daily service and technical inquires, completing shop and field workload and repairs, processing warranty claims, and expanding service department. You will work closely with the parts department maintaining and sourcing inventory and promoting our product lines.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities: _
- Perform diagnostics and trouble shoot repairs on various types of diesel powered equipment and machinery; including generators, water pumps, light towers, hydraulic power units, heaters.
- Commissioning, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engine equipment.
- Complete Work Orders and Sales Orders required in conjunction with work assignments
- Track and input all time spent on repair orders in shop or on field service calls
- Complete Warranty Repairs and Submit claims
- Complete OEM and Westquip Service Training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00-$41.00 per hour
