**The Opportunity: 2 Permanent Full-Time, 1 Contract up to 12 Months**
Reporting directly to the Coordinator, Corporate Facilities, this role is responsible primarily for maintaining the Corporate Facilities buildings and grounds of Town Hall, Caledon Provincial Police Detachment, and Fire Administration. You will assist with the daily maintenance, repair, cleanliness, and safety of the Civic Campus Corporate Facilities. You will be responsible for performing regular inspections, handling facility repairs, and managing snow clearing duties to ensure safe workspaces. As the Associate, Facility Operations, you will perform the following duties, including but not limited to:
- Perform daily inspection, maintenance, and record-keeping for Civic Campus Corporate Facilities.
- Handle system furniture building and modifications, including workstation accessories installation.
- Clear snow and maintain safe workspaces.
- Oversee the contract cleaners of the facilities.
- Perform additional duties and undertake special projects as assigned.
The Permanent Full-Time position offers an annual salary range of $69,654.64 to $87,068.30, plus a competitive benefits package.
The Contract (up to 12 months) position offers an hourly salary range of $33.48 to $41.85, plus a competitive benefits package.
