Precision Tennis is a private coaching organization contracted by Vancouver Sport Services and multiple community centers. We are a tight-knit team of professional coaches with a passion for providing public access to high-quality player development services for all ages and abilities. This includes private coaching services, as well as large group classes.

Based on the success of our first ever pickleball programs with Vancouver Sport Services in 2025, we have been given the opportunity to expand our offerings to West Point Grey Community Center.
- **We are looking for an NCCP -certified Lead Pickleball Coach to join our growing team in a substitute & on-call capacity for October & November 2025, with opportunitites for consistent work starting in January 2026.**_ This is the perfect opportunity for highly motivated coaches to be at the forefront of a rapidly growing sport, while establishing high-calibre coaching standards for players of all ages.

**Applicants**_**must**_ **be able to commit to instructing during the following shifts in Vancouver BC. These are adult classes for 1.0 - 1.5, 2.0-2.5 and 3.0 - 3.5 rated players**

1. Tuesday mornings at Rupert Park, October 14, 21 & 28, 10:00AM - 1:00PM

2. Wednesday mornings at West Point Grey Community Center, October 15, 22, 29, November 5, 12, 11:45AM - 2:45PM
- **Position Details**:_
- Note: Instructional equipment, training and professional development is provided and/or fully subsidized by Precision Tennis._

Compensation: $60/hour
- Prior pickleball teaching experience required (3-5 years preferred)
- TPA Instructor 1 or higher certification
- Minimum 4.0 playing level
- Experience teaching children preferred
- Competitive playing experience preferred
- First-Aid certification preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $60.00 per hour
